Peter, head of strategy and investment has over 25 years’ experience in research and develop sustainability into his working industries.
Peter is one of the key influencers who introduced and emphasized sustainability concept into Forte’s projects which presented in the form of applying renewable energy, recyclable material into our project design and construction methodology.

Paul Ciantar
Construction Manager
Paul is with LJ construction link under Forte Property Group holds the appointment of construction manager where he leads onsite staff and ensures the efficiency and smooth delivery of projects is achieved at all times.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience in construction industry across significant projects in commercial, residential and civil including roles at Leighton, Fortescue and Westfield. Managing construction/civil site over billion value.

Maggie Wang
Project Manager
Maggie is construction project manager of LJ Construction Link under Forte property with over years of experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects, coordinating workforce team of 60+Subcontractors and performing budget allocation and analysis.
Maggie is energetic and passionate about building and construction field, and offers a very pragmatic and proactive approach to project management, always aiming to leverage considerable experience and efficiency expertise into the project manager role. Maggie has a proven track record of developing business relationships and negotiating cost savings to consistently ensure competitive outcomes are achieved.

Eun Seo
Project Architect / Project Manager
Eun is project architect of LJ Construction Link under Forte Property Group with over years of experience in residential design in different scales, as a team leader in former Stephen Bowers Architects (SBA). Eun confidently manages planning stage of several projects, coordinating with consultants and authorities, while documenting and supervising on-going projects in construction stage as a senior architect/project manager.
With Eun’s excellent ability to understanding and drafting building in detail and 3D wise, she is able to coordinate building services and structure in an effective way, proposing efficient design solutions throughout the project design and construction phase.
